As a public body, all DDA meetings are governed by the Georgia Open Meetings Act and our records are available for public review under the Georgia Open Records Act.  We are fully transparent and meet in private only to discuss legal, personnel and real estate matters, which are posted on our agendas pursuant to Georgia law.
