Introducing The Augustan ATC Development’s newest project, a four-story, 130-unit apartment building acting as the new entrance to Downtown from Calhoun Expressway to Greene Street.

This is a Class-A complex, featuring a clubroom, a fully equipped workout space, a coffee area, a parcel package area, a dog park, covered bicycle storage, and a rooftop amenity area with both covered and open-air spaces for grilling, dining, and socializing.

Having broken ground in February 2022, this property adds 136 studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments to the growing downtown area.
