PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Introducing ATC Development’s newest project, a four-story, 130-unit apartment building acting as the new entrance to Downtown from Calhoun Expressway to Greene Street. The complex will occupy 17 parcels on 3.5 acres between 11th and 12th and Greene and Telfair streets, with the exception of Union Baptist Church.

This will be a Class-A complex, with clubroom, fully-equipped workout space, coffee area, parcel package area, dog park, covered bicycle storage, and a rooftop amenity area, with covered and open-air spaces for grilling, dining, and socializing.

Having broken ground in February 2022, this property will add 136 studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments to the growing downtown area.

ATC Development, based in Augusta, Ga., began developing multi-family communities in 1975. Its portfolio now consists of 11 properties and over 2200 units in the Southeastern region.
